Fawad Khan, known for his charismatic presence and stellar acting, is set to make his Bollywood comeback after an eight-year hiatus. The Pakistani actor gained popularity in Bollywood with films like 'Khoobsurat' and 'Kapoor & Sons'. Following the 2016 Uri attacks, Pakistani actors paused their work in Indian cinema due to geopolitical tensions. Recently, there has been speculation about Fawad Khan making a comeback in Bollywood with upcoming projects, including a potential cameo in 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3'.
The film has been generating headlines since its announcement, building on the massive success of its predecessor, 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'. Apart from its intriguing plot, audiences are particularly thrilled about the ensemble cast. According to reports, Fawad has two Bollywood projects lined up, including one alongside Vaani Kapoor, as confirmed by Filmfare. Additionally, several reports suggest he has signed on for a cameo in Kartik Aaryan's comedy-horror film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,' directed by Anees Bazmee. His cameo has sparked considerable excitement among fans, although official confirmation from the filmmakers is still awaited.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, featuring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri, and Madhuri Dixit Nene, is set to captivate audiences as the latest installment in the beloved franchise. Produced by T-Series Films and Cine1 Studios, the film is scheduled for release during Diwali 2024.

Fawad Khan was last seen in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' alongside Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor. The actor's career spans across television, film, and music, where he has consistently showcased his talent and versatility. Fawad initially gained widespread recognition through Pakistani television dramas. His role as Asher Hussain in Humsafar opposite Mahira Khan became immensely popular and earned him a large fan base not only in Pakistan but also in India. He continued to impress with his performances in dramas like Zindagi Gulzar Hai and Dastaan.
Fawad made his debut in Bollywood with Khoobsurat in (2014), where he played the role of Vikram Singh Rathore, a royal prince opposite Sonam Kapoor. Despite being his first Bollywood film, Fawad received positive reviews for his performance and his on-screen chemistry with Sonam Kapoor was well-received. He gained further acclaim for his role in Kapoor & Sons, a family drama where he portrayed the character of Rahul Kapoor.
