Ibrahim Ali Khan has found himself in the middle of a controversy after allegedly sending a harsh message to Pakistani film critic Tamur Iqbal. The actor, who recently debuted with the movie Nadaaniyan, reportedly responded to Tamur’s critical review of his performance — particularly a comment about his nose.

Tamur shared a screenshot on Instagram, claiming it showed Ibrahim’s direct message. In the message, Ibrahim appeared to insult the critic’s appearance, calling him an “ugly piece of trash” and stating, “If I see you on the streets one day, I’ll make sure I leave you uglier than you are.” The message also made a sarcastic reference to Tamur’s name, comparing it to Ibrahim’s brother Taimur Ali Khan.

Tamur responded publicly, acknowledging that his nose job comment was in poor taste but defended the rest of his review. He even humorously added, “Hahahahaha see that’s my man. This is the guy I want to see in the movie. Not that fake cornetto mushy cringy human.” He expressed his admiration for Ibrahim’s father, Saif Ali Khan, urging Ibrahim not to let him down.

The situation escalated when Tamur revealed that Ibrahim had blocked him on Instagram. This exchange quickly gained traction online, sparking debates among netizens. Some users believed Tamur was seeking attention by tagging media houses, while others criticized Ibrahim’s aggressive response, suggesting that Bollywood might not be the right place for him if he can’t handle criticism.

It’s worth noting that the authenticity of the leaked messages couldn’t be independently verified. However, the incident has certainly stirred strong reactions, with fans and critics divided over who was in the wrong — the actor or the reviewer.
