Indraneil Sengupta Breaks Silence On Separation With Barkha Bisht; Clarifies Dating Rumours With Bengali Actress Ishaa Saha

Indraneil Sengupta and Barkha Bisht were once one of the most loved couples of the Television industry, but unfortunately the two decided to part ways in 2022. Both the actors were married for 14 years before calling it quits. Indraneil, who decided to co parent their daughter Meira, recently shared his disappointments after their separation and also clarified about his rumoured relationship with the Bengali actress Ishaa Saha. 

Indraneil Sengupta was upset with the rumours of abandoning his child. Now refuting those allegations in an interview with ETimes, the actor said, “Of late, I have been reading articles where, intentionally or unintentionally, it comes across that I have abandoned my child, Meira. She is my only child and I adore her. I don’t easily react; that’s the kind of person I am. However, as a father, I am not happy about how things are being portrayed. I have been working hard to provide a good life for my child. The only reason why Meira spends more time with Barkha is because she’s at an age where she will soon transition into womanhood and it’s more practical that her mother guides her.”
