Jaat Box Office Day 1 Prediction: Sunny Deol's much-awaited action thriller Jaat has finally hit cinemas today. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film also features Randeep Hooda in a pivotal role. Ever since the makers announced the project, Jaat has created massive buzz with its high-octane narrative and powerful star cast. The film is expected to perform well on its opening day at the box office.

Jaat opened to a positive response from early bookings. According to Sacnilk's date, the film earned Rs 61.34 lakh in gross revenue through ticket sales in the Hindi 2D format alone, indicating a steady start. On its first day, Jaat is estimated to have collected around Rs 8.51 crore in India net collection as per early estimates. The film recorded a 12.89% occupancy during its morning and afternoon shows. The movie is expected to earn up to Rs 10 crore by the end of Day 1.
About Jaat: Plot And Cast
Set against the backdrop of a fictional town plagued by injustice and violence, Jaat follows the journey of Bhaskar Singh, a fearless man from Punjab, played by Sunny Deol. During his travels, Bhaskar witnesses the suffering of villagers in Andhra Pradesh’s Prakasam district, ruled by the ruthless Rana Tunga, portrayed by Randeep Hooda.
A character in the film describes Rana’s reign, saying, “Yeh Rana Tunga ki Lanka hai, yaha raaste kilometre mein nahi, biche hue laasho mein naapte hain.” Moved by the villagers’ plight, Bhaskar decides to confront Rana and bring justice to the oppressed. The film delivers a gripping story packed with action sequences, intense face-offs, and an emotionally charged narrative that keeps viewers on edge.

Director Gopichand Malineni helms this high-voltage action drama, with production support from Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory. The film released in theatres on April 10 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. Alongside Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda, the cast also includes Vineet Kumar Singh and Saiyami Kher in pivotal roles.
