Jungkook's latest superhit song 'SEVEN' is on the path to claim the top spot in the singles chart in the U.K. The song is just 2,000 chart sales behind the current top rank holder on the midweek chart which consists of the UK's top 100 biggest singles of midweek, which is based on sales of downloads, Viny, CDs, and audio and video streams. However, the current leader on the chart is 'Sprinter', by Dave and Central Cee.
BTS member Jungkook collaborated with the US rapper Latto for 'SEVEN' which was released on July 14 and has already received around 39 million views in just 24 hours. 'SEVEN' marks the debut solo song by the South Korean singer, whereas the music video also featured K-drama actor Han So-hee.
'SEVEN' is already doing great numbers across the globe. According to a report in the Hindustan Times, 'SEVEN' by Jungkook remains on No. 1 position on Global Spotify for the fourth consecutive day with 12.79 million streams and has also risen to rank three on the US Spotify with 1.4 million streams.

Ahead of the song's release, Jungkook talked about how he decided to do a song-listening session first. He said, "When I first heard the song, I went, 'I have to take this song. There are not a lot of songs that I really get hooked to at first listen, but ['Seven'] stuck with me, and I could even think of myself performing the song on stage."
Jungkook is the youngest member of the popular South Korean boy band BTS, which includes Jin, Jimin, Suga, RM, V, and J-Hope. All seven members of the band have released their solo songs and have received an impeccable response globally.

Jimin's solo song, 'Like Crazy' took the 8th rank in the U.K. However, J-Hope was the first BTS member to reach the U.K. top 40 single with his collaboration with J.Cole titled 'On The Street' which is at no. 37 currently.
