Kajol, who is celebrating her 50th birthday today, has an exciting line-up of projects that will be coming soon. Speaking about one of them, she shared that it was wonderful to work with Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan in his debut Bollywood movie Sarzameen. The project has been helmed by Boman Irani’s son Kayoze Irani. Prithviraj Sukumaran is all set to star in this movie alongside Kajol. However, the makers have not updated much about the movie yet. As per reports, the movie is a mystery thriller that explores different facets of love and relationships. 

In an interview with Variety, Kajol said “I’ve worked with Prithviraj (Sukumaran) for the first time and he’s absolutely wonderful to work with and so was Ibrahim (Ali Khan), so I think it’s going to be quite interesting to see both of them on screen.” 

The actress will also seen in a horror movie Maa. Speaking about the same, Kajol said “It scares the crap out of me and hopefully, you as well. It’s more than just horror. It’s a psychological drama with elements of thriller and suspense. You can’t really keep it to one genre.” 

Apart from these movies, Kajol will be also seen in Maharagni - Queen of Queens. Directed by Charantej Uppalapati, the action thriller also stars Prabhu Deva, Naseeruddin Shah, Aditya Seal, Chhaya Kadam, Samyuktha Menon, Jisshu Sengupta and Pramod Pathak in significant roles. She will be also seen in Shashanka Chaturvedi’s Do Patti. The movie also stars Kriti Sanon, Shaheer Sheikh, Tanvi Azmi, Brijendra Kala, Vidushi Manaduli, Danish Kalra and Ritu P Sood in prominent roles. It has been produced by Kriti Sanon. In this movie, Kajol will be seen playing the role of a cop for the first time in her career.
