Vedang Raina, known for his upcoming film Jigra, was the centre of attention on The Great Indian Kapil Show, where host Kapil Sharma and filmmaker Karan Johar playfully teased him about his rumoured girlfriend, Khushi Kapoor. The speculation around Vedang and Khushi’s relationship began after they appeared together in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. Despite the ongoing rumors, both actors have not confirmed or denied their relationship, often seen together on outings and special occasions.

During the show, Kapil posed a cheeky question to Vedang: “Are you happy working with Alia Bhatt, or are you sad that you have to play her brother?” Vedang humorously replied, “Nai, Khushi hai obviously” (I am happy). Karan Johar chimed in, reiterating Vedang’s sentiment with a playful “Khushi hai!” This led to Kapil’s witty follow-up, asking, “Where do you find the most ‘happiness’?” eliciting laughter from the audience.

Earlier this year, Khushi addressed the dating rumours during an appearance on Karan Johar's Koffee With Karan, playfully referencing a scene from Om Shanti Om where characters insist they are “just good friends.” In a recent interview with GQ, Vedang shared that he’s currently prioritizing his career over dating, stating, “My dating life right now is taking a back seat because I’m focused on my career. I’m enjoying where I am and want to keep these two aspects of my life separate.”
