To address the situation, a close associate of Kim Sae-ron spoke to Star News, revealing that the actress is going through a challenging time and is considering what to reveal in her statement. The associate hinted at a "complex story" behind the controversial photo, suggesting that it is too intricate to be shared openly at this time.

In a subsequent conversation with My Daily, Kim Sae-ron mentioned that she was preparing a statement regarding the viral photo. However, she later decided against making any comments, stating, "I really thought hard to myself and I feel that it would help me to be silent. I will not be making a statement and will no longer comment."
