According to a report from Deadline, the global debut of the film reached $80.5 million. Now, eager fans are awaiting news about when 'Kung Fu Panda 4' will be available on OTT streaming platforms.
Enthusiasts of the beloved franchise can look forward to the fourth installment's release, with plans for it to premiere on Peacock before eventually arriving on Netflix.
Kung Fu Panda 4 on OTT
Once 'Kung Fu Panda 4' completes its theatrical run, it will follow Universal's streaming distribution model. The film will premiere on Peacock initially, where it will be available for four months before transitioning to Netflix for the subsequent 10 months. While Universal has yet to disclose the streaming release date for 'Kung Fu Panda 4,' looking at their previous distribution patterns, it's speculated that the film could arrive on Peacock around July 6, reportedly.
After its run on Netflix, the movie will return to Peacock for another four months before ultimately becoming available on Prime Video for broader access. This phased release strategy is designed to maximize the film's visibility across various streaming platforms while providing audiences with numerous opportunities to indulge in the cherished franchise at their leisure.
