"Sometimes when I find something nasty written about me, I’ll admit, it messes up my day, but I’m getting better at blocking out the noise," Malaika explained. "I work a lot on keeping myself mentally strong and being able to reinvent myself," she said, highlighting the importance of self-care.

Despite facing negativity, Malaika also receives uplifting messages from fans who appreciate her dedication to fitness and style. "When someone says, ‘You look amazing at 48,’ it feels fantastic," she noted. She acknowledged that compliments reinforce the hard work she puts into her health and wellness.
