Marry My Husband actor Park Min Young is riding high on the success of her recent time-travel tvN Kdrama. Fans of the Korean show were in for a treat when the superband BTS made an unexpected appearance in a pivotal scene. Park Min Young, who plays the lead role of Kang Ji-won, recently shared her thoughts on the integration of BTS' music in the series during her appearance at K-Con LA and claimed that the band played a major role in the popularity of Marry My Husband.

Reflecting on the scene, Park Min Young revealed, "At first, I thought using BTS' music was very unique and a clever idea... But I was concerned about the viewers not understanding the timeline, soon I realized viewers are familiar with the chronological history & release date of their albums so they know better than me." However, she soon realized that BTS' loyal fanbase, ARMY, had a deep understanding of the group's history. "They're all everyone's ARMY," she added, "they know better than me."

In episode 6 of Marry My Husband, a conversation between the main characters, Kang Ji-won and Yoo Ji-hyuk (played by Na In-woo), sparked a buzz on social media. The scene featured BTS songs Dynamite (released in 2020) and Spring Day (released in 2017), adding an unexpected twist to the storyline. The characters, who had time-travelled back 10 years, realized they were stuck in 2013, with Dynamite and Spring Day humorously playing in the background.

Park Min Young also shared her personal favourite BTS song, revealing, "My favourite song from them is Spring Day."
