Mechanic Rocky On OTT: Vishwak Sen and Meenakshi Chaudhary starrer Telugu action comedy thriller Mechanic Rocky hit the big screen on November 22. The film received mixed reviews from both audiences and critics. After its theatrical run of 20 days, Ravi Teja Mullapudi directorial has now made its OTT debut.

Mechanic Rocky starring Vishwak Sen, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Shraddha Srinath in lead roles is streaming on Amazon Prime Video in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.

Mechanic Rocky follows the story of Rocky ( played by Vishwak Sen), a mechanic running a garage and driving school that he inherited from his father. After his father's death, he faces financial threats from local gangsters. Later in the movie, he uncovers secrets about his father's insurance policy. Rocky seeks help of Maya, an insurance officer, played by Shraddha Srinath. She informs him that the beneficiary named in his father's policy is not Rocky but someone else. Apart from this hustle to save his father's legacy, the movie also shows the love story of Rocky and Pirya (Meenakshi Chaudhary). Directed under the banner of SRT Entertainments, apart from Vishwak Sen and Meenakshi Chaudhary, the movie also features Sunil, Naresh, Hyper Aadi, Harsha Vardhan, Harsha Chemudu, and Raghu Ram in key roles, among others.

Ahead of the film release, Vishwak Sen in an interview with OTTPlay talked about the film and said, "The second half of Mechanic Rocky is completely gripping. I can confidently say that the audience will neither look at their mobiles nor get distracted. There is a genre shift, and the scenes that follow are thrilling."

According to Sacnilk, Mechanic Rocky earned over Rs 1.50 crore on its opening day, indicating a decent response from moviegoers at the box office. As per several reports, the film is made with a production budget of Rs 20 crores and is released on approximately 1,000 screens globally.
