Nayanthara In MMMN: The much-anticipated Malayalam film, tentatively titled MMMN, has generated waves ever since its announcement. This film brings the iconic stars Mohanlal and Mammootty together on screen for the first time in 16 years. Amid all the buzz about the star cast, actress Nayanthara has officially joined the cast of Mahesh Narayanan's directorial. The upcoming movie marks the Jawan actor’s reunion with Mammootty after their successful collaboration in the 2016 film Puthiya Niyamam. It also marks her return to Malayalam cinema after a brief hiatus. The makers welcomed her to the team by sharing a video on social media.

In the video, Nayanthara interacts with Mammootty, director Mahesh Narayanan, and the crew. The clip also showcases the set and camera setup, giving fans a glimpse of the production. In addition to Mohanlal, Mammootty, and Nayanthara, Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban reportedly joined the star cast. This reunion of Nayanthara and Mammootty comes after nearly a decade. The duo has shared screen space in films including Bhaskar the Rascal, Rappakal, Thaskara Veeran, and others. Fans have always loved their on-screen chemistry.

Talking about the film, the puja ceremony took place in November 2024 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Since then, the shooting has been going in full swing. As per reports, several key scenes featuring the four lead actors have already been completed. The film is being shot in multiple locations, including Sri Lanka, London, Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Thailand, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Kochi. Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, MMMN is poised to be a thriller made on a high scale with a star-studded cast. The cinematography is done by Manush Nandan. The other details about the storyline are kept under wraps.
