Bigg Boss is not just a reality show, but a platform for future opportunities. Producer Ekta Kapoor has always offered shows to contestants from every season. In BB16, she selected Priyanka Chahar Choudhary to play the lead in one of her shows. Now, Ekta has selected two contestants from Bigg Boss 19 for her upcoming daily soaps. One of them is not an actor, Amaal Mallik, and the other person is Tanya Mittal. Both have bagged their first TV shows. This announcement left Tanya visibly elated, and she expressed her gratitude towards Ekta, calling it a dream come true. However, Salman Khan’s hilarious reaction left the entire house and viewers in splits.
Bigg Boss 19: Ekta Kapoor Offers Tanya Her First TV Show
In the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Ekta Kapoor will grace the BB19 stage alongside host Salman Khan to announce the launch of her Balaji Astro App. Known for casting Bigg Boss contestants in her shows, Ekta also revealed she has already chosen two contestants for her upcoming projects.
In the latest BB19 promo, Ekta was heard saying, "Sir ke show se ek casting karna mera riwaaz raha hai. Two people actually who I would love to cast. One of is not an actor, Amaal, and the other person yeh duniya pittal di, would love to cast you, Tanya. Inka Rahu 10 mein hai aur kehte hain jinka Rahu 10 mein, duniya bas mein.”

Tanya expressed her excitement, but it was Salman who stole the limelight with his witty reaction. The host jokingly said, "Lekin gareeb ladki ka role hai, kaise adaa karogi?"

Ektaa has previously cast contestants like Tejasswi Prakash, Simba Nagpal, and Pratik Sehajpal in season 6 of the Naagin franchise. The upcoming season of Naagin is set to be headlined by Bigg Boss 16 fame and TV actress Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. The official announcement of the lead for Naagin 7 was made on Bigg Boss 19 itself.
