The 10th week of Mohanlal-hosted show kicked off with high drama and rising tension inside the house. This week, eight contestants landed in the danger zone following a dramatic open nomination twist. In this process, housemates were asked to nominate two contestants openly with their valid reasons. The unexpected twist escalated the ongoing tension and triggered more confrontations and revelations. Following the intense nomination task, the result showed that Shanavas, Aneesh, Akbar, Lakshmi, Binny, Anumol, Sabuman, and Nevin are nominated this week. Among them, Shanavas received the highest number of nominations compared to the others.

According to an unofficial poll on biggbossmalayalamvoting, quoted by filmibeat, BBM7 contestant Aneesh is currently leading with 25.4% of the votes, followed by Anumol at 22.3%. Shanavas, who has received the most nominations from housemates, holds 16.3%. Lakshmi and Akbar are not at the bottom, while Sabuman and Nevin trail with 5.6% and 5.5% votes, respectively. Binny is likely to face possible eviction this week, with just 3.3% of the votes.

The recent episode also featured serious allegations made against Anumol of having solid PR backup from fellow contestants. Bigg Boss asked contestants to evaluate who advances due to the PR team and who progresses without it. During the task, Binny claimed that Anumol had told her about her public relations team working for her outside the show. She also revealed that Anumol had said she had a deal with the PR team for a total amount of Rs 16 lakh. However, Anumol dismissed Binny's claims, questioning why she is lying. In her defence, Anumol said, "The only two people I tell everything to are Adhila and Noora. Are you saying I told you something that I didn't even tell them?"
