Dharmendra, who had some health issues and was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital, was discharged on November 12. The actor’s ambulance was seen entering the premises of his residence on Wednesday morning. Bobby Deol was seen taking his father in an ambulance. Confirming the news, Sunny Deol's team issued a statement, which read, "Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. We kindly request the media and the public to refrain from any further speculation and to respect his and the family’s privacy during this time."
"We appreciate everyone’s love, prayers, and good wishes for his continued recovery, good health, and long life. Please respect him because he loves you," it added.
Finally, its a sigh of relief for all the well wishers of the legendary actor, Dharmendra. The actor, who is known for his notable work in Sholay, Chupke Chupke and Phool Aur Patthar, was admitted to the Hospital for a routine check up and observation on November 10. However, on Tuesday morning there were reports of death circulatiing on social media, which was later dismissed by daughter, Esha Deol and wife, Hema Malini.
Taking to X, Hema Malini slammed the reports and called it disrespectful and irresponsible. She tweeted, "What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible." The veteran actress urged the fans and followers to give the family privacy amid the difficult situation.

Esha Deol, in her statement, said, "The media seems to be in overdrive and spreading false news. My father is stable & recovering. We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for papa's speedy recovery."
Several celebrities from the industry have paid visit to the legendary actor when he was in hospital. From Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Govinda and Ameesha Patel were among those, who visited the hospital to check on the actor’s well-being. Their visit marks an immense love for Dharmendra, who has been entertaining the audience with his impeccable acting for over six decades.
Dharmendra is set to charm the audience again with his pivotal presence in Ikkis. The movie also Agastya Nanda, Jaideep Ahlawat, Ekavali Khanna, Shree Bishnoi and Sikandar Kher in key roles.
