Haq Box Office Collection Day 2: Haq, starring Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam, debuted in theaters on Friday to favorable reviews from both reviewers and viewers. Haq draws inspiration from the life and legal struggle of Shah Bano Begum, whose historic 1985 case resulted in the Supreme Court granting support rights to divorced Muslim women. Day two (Saturday) saw a 100% increase in the courtroom drama following a sluggish beginning.
Haq garnered Rs 3.35 crore on its second day of release, according to the most recent Sacnilk report. The movie's box office receipts have significantly increased, more than doubling from Rs 1.75 crore on its opening day. After two days, the movie's total revenue is Rs 5.10 crore.
Haq stood out for its stirring performances and poignant writing while facing a difficult box office battle with other new releases and those already holding strong in theatres. The real-life inspired movie promises a compelling experience that mixes emotions with courtroom drama. Ahead of its release, the movie's trailer raised expectations due to its realistic depiction of a woman's struggle for her dignity and its harsh words.

Haq is exhibiting similar patterns to Vikrant Massey's 12th Fail, a genuine movie that did exceptionally well until great reviews and strong word-of-mouth started to circulate. The film's compelling storyline and powerful performances by Emraan and Yami sparked early comments.
What Is Haq Movie All About?
The famous Shah Bano Case, which cleared the path for Muslim women's divorce rights reforms, served as the inspiration for the judicial drama. The story centers on Abbas Khan (Emraan Hashmi), a successful advocate, and Shazia (Yami Gautam Dhar), a simple, illiterate woman. Abbas unexpectedly brings home a second wife one day. Soon later, he uses triple talaq to dissolve their union. The remainder of the movie focuses on Shazia's legal battle for her rights.
