Sussanne Khan Pens Emotional Note For Late Mother, 'Soul Twin' Zarine Khan: 'My Bestestttttt Friend, My God, My Life...'

Zarine Khan, an interior designer and wife of veteran actor Sanjay Khan, passed away on November 7 at the age of 81 from age-related illnesses. After Farah Khan Ali, Sussanne Khan has now penned a heartfelt note honouring their mother and describing how she shaped their lives. Sussanne shared a video of herself sitting on her mother's lap and giving her a hug on Instagram on Saturday. In the video she was heard saying, "I am my mother's soul twin. All I am today is because of this amazing woman. She is my god, my mother and my life."

Sussanne Khan shared an amazing collage of videos and pictures showcasing cherished family events, ranging from warm celebrations over the years to her early photos with Zarine and her brothers. The short clip also featured a picture of Sussanne Khan and beau Arsalan Goni, showcasing a window into their strong familial ties.

Sussanne Kha wrote on Instagram, "My Bestestttttt Friend, My God, My Life… Our Beautiful Mummy.. you are always going to be our Guiding Light… You taught us all to live it our own way… with the epitome of Grace and Love… May we all be even half as much light as amazing as you were.. n our lives will be happy…. We love you beyond Love, beyond Life.. and from now Until we all meet again n laugh and dance together... You . you teach the Angels in heaven how to love… they are so lucky to have you. S You took all our hearts with you…

Zarine Khan's husband Sanjay and son Zayed carried out her final rites in accordance with Hindu customs. When her daughters were spotted carrying her body to the burial, the siblings sobbed and gave each other hugs as they said their mother's final goodbyes.

Several Bollywood stars, including Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Shabana Azmi, Kareena Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, and Bobby Deol, paid Sanjay Khan a visit after learning about Zarine Khan's untimely death. Zarine Khan's close friends Saira Banu and Hema Malini shared heartfelt condolences. Hrithik Roshan was also spotted attending the burial and standing by his ex-wife Sussanne during this period of grief.
