The He-Man of Bollywood, Dharmendra, has passed away, sending shockwaves through the film industry and his fans. He died at the age of 89 on Monday, November 24, due to prolonged age-related ailments. Since the news of his passing broke, the actor's fans, politicians, and the film fraternity have been paying their tribute, calling it the 'end of an era.' The co-stars of his last film, Ikkis, have also been sharing the memories from the shoot on set. Actor Jaideep Ahlawat shared a few BTS photos from the film along with an emotional message.

After Dharmendra’s Passing, Jaideep Remembers Ikkis Co-Star

On Tuesday, Jaideep Ahlawat shared photos of himself with late actor Dharmendra from Ikkis set on his Instagram. The first image captures Jaideep Ahlawat posing with Dharmendra, followed by pictures of them having fun conversations. Along with the post, he wrote, "Kuch nahi hai aisa jo keh paaunga. Bas Itna ki Aapne jo pyar diya Mujhe unn thode se dino main. Main vo Umar Bhar yaad rakhunga Sir Aap bahut yaad aayenge. This World will Miss the one and only Jatt Yamla Pagla Deewana. On November 24, the makers of Dharmendra's last film Ikkis released the first look poster of the late actor. Directed by filmmaker Sriram Raghavan, the biographical war drama brings to life the story of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, India’s youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra, on screen. Dharmendra will portray the role of M L Khetarpal, while Agstya will play Arun Khetarpal, the titular character.

The poster was shared by the film's production house, Maddock Films, on Instagram with the caption, "Fathers raise sons. Legends raise nations. Dharmendra ji, an emotional powerhouse as the father of a 21-year-old immortal soldier. One timeless legend brings us the story of another. #IkkisTrailerOutNow - 'Ikkis' in cinemas worldwide on 25th December 2025."
