The 13th edition of the Jagraon Film Festival (JFF) presented by Rajnigandha is currently being held in Delhi with great pomp and show. Starting from September 4 and continuing till September 7, the festival is considered to be the world's largest traveling film festival. This time the closing ceremony is bringing many special surprises for the audience, which include explosive premieres and memorable sessions.
On the last day of the festival i.e. on 7 September 2025, the premieres of two great films will be held.
Ek Chatur Naar
This film starring Divya Khosla Kumar and Neil Nitin Mukesh is based on a modern story, which will have drama, humour and dark comedy. This film will take the audience on an exciting journey full of relationships, emotions and twists.
Valensole 1965
The film is a mysterious story, which is based on events that have been surprising people for decades. It has a mixture of thrill, suspense and mystery that will keep the audience hooked till the end.
Special Session - Discussion on dark humour and twisted stories
As a part of the closing ceremony, JFF is organising a special session titled 'Dark Laughs and Twisted Tales'. This interesting session will feature Ek Chatur Naar stars Divya Khosla Kumar and Neil Nitin Mukesh. The session will delve deep into the dark comedy of the film, the complexity of the characters and the unique twists in the story.
Special tribute to Sholay on completion of 50 years
The closing ceremony of the festival will also remember Indian cinema's most memorable and iconic film Sholay. A special tribute will be paid to this film on completion of 50 years of its release. Sholay not only broke records at the box office but also left an indelible mark in cinema history with its powerful dialogues, memorable characters and powerful storytelling.
