He expressed his frustration on social media by sharing a confrontational text message exchange. He appeared to accuse the unnamed friend of criticizing his behaviour amid his struggle with unspecified trauma. After that post, Bieber admitted to feeling broken and having anger issues in a later update. He shared his thoughts on people offering unsolicited advice to fix his behaviour, asking, “Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already?”
Justin Bieber shared a confessional note on his Instagram handle about his anger issues and how he is trying to grow and focus on himself. His post read, “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues."
“I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am, " he added.

“Asking a traumatized person not to be traumatized is simply mean,” he added.
Bieber’s friend responded to the texts of the 'Sorry' singer. “I’m not used to someone lashing out at me. It’s not that I don’t see and feel your anger.”
