Viewers are in for a treat with recent episodes of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, featuring a reunion of Tusi and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’s Parvati. Sakshi Tanwar and Kiran Karmarkar shot cameos with Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay for the popular daily soap. The promo for their crossover has been going viral on social media, making fans go nostalgic. In the clip, Tulsi can be seen worried about the wind blowing out the diya placed, which is before her Tulsi plant. Before she rushes to stop the diya from blowing out, she sees Parvati has come for help. Mihir and Om are also seen in the promo with their wives.

Fans were nostalgic to see Smriti Irani and Sakshi Tanwar as Parvati and Tulsi. A fanpage shared the video, “Legendary Meetup ever Kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi X kahani ghar ghar ki.” A user said, “Is it just me or Parvati didnt seem to age at all… she still looks the same, if not better.” Another wrote, “Nostalgia me mar dalo hume.” A comment read, “The amount of aura these two women have Anupama could never.” Another user wrote, “Yahan pe mihir same to. Same dikh raha hai phele jese... Aur wahan parvati same to same dikh rahi pehle jese…” A user mentioned, “Entire childhood.”

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Season 2 premiered on July 29 on Star Plus. It features several original cast members, including Hiten Tejwani, Gauri Pradhan, Shakti Anand and Ketki Dave. While Aman Gandhi, Shagun Sharma, and Rohit Suchanti joined as new additions. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 goes on air on Star Plus every day at 10:30 pm and streams on JioHotstar simultaneously. The first season of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi aired from July 2000 to November 2008. During its premiere, the show then topped the TRP charts. All the characters made a place in the hearts of the audience and became iconic Television characters.
