Karan Johar recently reacted to the viral meltdown video of late actor Irrfan Khan’s son, Babil Khan. Earlier this month, the actor left his fans concerned about his mental health after he was seen crying and slamming several celebrities in a video he later deleted. In the clip, he shared his experiences in Bollywood and mentioned the names of his fellow colleagues, including Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, and Adarsh Gourav. Later, his team issued a statement to clarify all the rumours and concerns related to the actor. However, he continues to be a topic of discussion. Recently, Karan opened up about his reaction to seeing Babil in that state and revealed that he felt terrible, especially being a parent himself.

Karan, in a recent conversation with Galatta Plus, addressed Babil Khan's viral slamming video, which sparked debate online. He shared, “I felt as bad as people did as a parent when I saw Babil’s meltdown. I felt terrible because I also have a son and a daughter.”

After the video went viral, Babil not only deleted the post but also his Instagram account. In the clip, he attacked number of celebrities while fighting back his tears. He was heard saying, “Bollywood is so f***ed, Bollywood is so, so rude. What I mean to say is that I just want you guys to know that there are people like Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, Adarsh Gourav and Arijit Singh. There are so many more names. Bollywood is so f*****. Bollywood is so screwed.” His Bollywood experience raised eyebrows among netizens, who showed concern and backlashed the industry for mistreating him.

Following his breakdown moment, Babil returned to Instagram on the same day. He clarified all the speculations surrounding his clip, which sparked outrage. He revealed that the video was extremely misinterpreted. He made his comeback and refuted the rumours by posting a picture with co-stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Raghav Juyal, whose names he mentioned in the viral clip.
