No Entry 2 Update: The much-talked-about project No Entry 2, a highly anticipated sequel, has been grabbing attention for its casting. Earlier, Diljit Dosanjh exited the film due to scheduling issues. Now, according to the latest reports, Varun Dhawan has also walked out due to the same reasons. With both lead actors out, the makers are reportedly planning to audition two new actors to star alongside Arjun Kapoor in Anees Bazmee's directorial.

Varun Dhawan Exits No Entry 2 After Diljit Dosanjh

Anees Bazmee’s upcoming comedy drama No Entry 2 was originally set to star Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan, and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles. Earlier, reports hinted at creative differences being the reason behind Diljit Dosanjh's exit, but producer Boney Kapoor clarified that it was, in fact, issues with dates that led to the Punjabi singer stepping away from the project. Following Diljit's exit, Varun has also backed out of No Entry 2 due to the same issues with the dates, as there was a scheduling conflict with Bhediya 2.

As per a source close to production quoted by Mid-Day, "Varun was very excited about No Entry 2. His dates are locked for Bhediya 2. We’re figuring out the new combinations. Arjun Kapoor is still very much on board." However, both Varun and the makers have yet to officially confirm the news.

The much-awaited sequel to No Entry will not feature the original cast, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Celina Jaitley, Esha Deol and Lara Dutta. Instead, director Anees Bazmee is bringing No Entry 2 with a new cast and fresh storyline. According to reports, Tamannaah Bhatia is also part of the film and is expected to play a role similar to Bipasha Basu's character from the original.
