Influencer and content creator Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry, was recently summoned by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Mumbai Police crime branch in connection with a Rs 252-crore drugs case. The social media personality appeared before investigators on Wednesday for questioning when he was mobbed by the crowd, as evident from the videos doing rounds on social media.

Orry was summoned after alleged drug trafficker Mohammad Salim Mohammad Suhail Shaikh, who has alleged links to the Dawood Ibrahim gang, made claims against him. Shaikh reportedly told investigators that he had hosted extravagant parties in Dubai and Mumbai, which were allegedly attended by several prominent personalities, including Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhant Kapoor, filmmakers Abbas–Mustan, rapper Loka, Orry and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique. An ANC officer told HT that Orry has been summoned to their Ghatkopar office on Thursday morning for questioning in connection with the case.
