Priya Sachdev Kapur posted a moving homage video to her late husband Sunjay Kapur on Instagram after becoming upset on the anniversary of his birth. The entire family, including Karisma Kapoor's kids, was shown in the film amidst the ongoing inheritance issue. He is still with her "like quiet strength beside," she said, and she praised him for his "eternal love."

Priya Sachdev Kapur sent a note on Instagram on Wednesday that began with a Bhagavad Gita quote, which read, "Whatever action a great man performs, others follow. Whatever path he walks, the world pursues. He who lives with purpose and love never perishes, For the divine dwells in all who serve with devotion - Bhagavad Gītā 3.21, 9.31, 9.29."

Priya Sachdev shared pictures with her mother-in-law. Additionally, Karisma Kapoor's kids Samaira and Kiaan featured in the video. The video had couple's happiest moments together, including Karwa Chauth celebration, dancing joyfully with their son, spending time with their entire family, and going on holidays together.

Priya Sachdev wrote, "You lived these words without ever needing to speak them. You led with kindness, not command. You built with courage, not pride. You gave without expecting, because giving was your nature. I watched you move through storms with grace, carry burdens with calm, and turn every challenge into purpose. You never spoke of faith, you lived it. You believed in doing, not declaring."

She concluded her heartfelt note with -  "Some souls don’t depart; they expand. You are everywhere, yet still right here. My Sunjay, I know you are watching over me. Happy Birthday, J."

Priya reportedly inherited seventy-five percent of the estate. Karisma Kapoor's children, Samaira and Kiaan, have accused Priya Kapur of forging the will and have taken her to court with their mother serving as their legal guardian. They have questioned the authenticity of the will. They assert that their late father' repeatedly promised' them of their portion, but his final will ultimately omitted it.

Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani recently pointed out 'glaring errors' in a document and contended that Sunjay was unable to sign it because it contained grammatical errors and other errors. In the will, he noted, the words 'she' and 'her' appeared four times.
