The actress rose to fame with her dance number Kaanta Laga and also appeared in Bollywood movies. Following the demise of Shefali, her friends and industry colleagues have been expressing their grief, the latest being Priyanka Chopra. The actress, who had worked with Shefali in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, sent her condolences to Shefali’s husband Parag Tyagi and their family.

Few hours ago, Varun Dhawan slammed the media for documenting the grief of Shefali Jariwala's family and friends following her sudden demise. His Instagram post read, "Again, one more passing of a soul being insensitively covered by the media. I just don't understand why do u have to cover someone's grief everyone looks so uncomfortable with this, how is this benefitting anyone?. My request to my friends in the media this isn't the way someone would want their final journey covered."

Shefali Jariwala's Cause Of Death

Shefali Jariwala passed away on June 27. As per reports, she was rushed to a hospital in Mumbai by her husband and others. However, she was declared brought dead, as confirmed by a hospital staff member in a statement. Initial reports of Shefali’s death claimed she died of cardiac arrest. However, Mumbai Police is investigating the matter. The reason behind her death has not been confirmed yet.
