Rajvir Jawanda Health Update: Authorities at Fortis Hospital said in a statement on Saturday that Rajvir Jawanda's health is still in critical condition. After being hurt in a severe traffic accident, the Punjabi singer-actor is now receiving treatment at Fortis Hospital in Mohali for injuries to his head and spine. The musician is still on life support after more than a week, and the medical team has now provided an update on his condition.

Rajvir Jawanda is still in serious condition at Fortis Hospital in Mohali. The 35-year-old neurological status is still serious, with no brain activity, the Fortis Hospital officials told Hindustan Times on Tuesday.

Despite Rajvir Jawanda's extensive medical therapy, officials say there is minimal brain activity and no noticeable improvement in his condition, revealed the report. While MRI scans of the spine showed substantial damage to the cervical and dorsal regions, causing profound weakness in all four limbs, MRI scans of the brain have revealed hypoxic alterations, which are damages that occur in tissues and organs when they don't receive enough oxygen. The singer continues to be on the ventilator support.

What Happened To Rajiv Jawanda?

The 35-year-old singer lost control of his bike near the Baddi area while driving it to Shimla. After the accident, he suffered severe injuries to his head and spine and was first sent to Civil Hospital, where he experienced a cardiac arrest. Subsequently, Rajvir was sent to Fortis Hospital in Mohali in a 'critical condition.'

The emergency and neurosurgery teams evaluated Rajvir Jawanda as soon as they arrived. After thorough testing, he was put on advanced life support. Rajvir is being closely monitored by doctors and is still in serious condition.
