Raja Movie Completes 30 Years: Sanjay Kapoor, the charming actor who rose to fame with his portrayal of ‘Raja’ in the 1995 romantic drama movie, recently took to his Instagram to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the movie’s release. The actor shared posters from the film featuring himself and co-star Madhuri Dixit, and expressed heartfelt gratitude to her for making him feel at ease during the shoot. The iconic movie Raja was a commercial blockbuster, released on June 2, 1995. It was directed and co-produced by Indra Kumar and it also starred Paresh Rawal, Mukesh Khanna, Dalip Tahil, Rita Bhaduri, and Himani Shivpuri.
Sanjay Kapoor in a heartfelt Instagram post credited Madhuri Dixit for creating a memorable on-set experience. He said, “Thank you Madhuri for making me so comfortable when I was a raw newcomer." He also thanked the producers, Indu and Ashok, for giving him his first break, and wrote, “Thank you Indu and Ashok for casting me." The actor further reflected on his journey in the film industry, “30 years in this beautiful film industry, and I still feel there is so much more to learn and Achieve, The journey continues."
