Solaire is not just another celebrity-owned restaurant. It is positioned as a high-end dining experience, ideal for business meetings, evening cocktails, or social gatherings. The restaurant’s concept reflects Sanjay Dutt’s passion for food and travel. Announcing the launch, Dutt said, “I’ve eaten around the world. Now it’s my turn to plate it.” His statement highlights the inspiration behind Solaire a wish to bring together international flavours under one glamorous roof. The menu at Solaire is designed to appeal to varied tastes. Diners can expect a combination of Asian dishes, Mediterranean plates, Indian favourites, and Chinese specialities. Meanwhile, the interiors of the restaurant are set to match the global menu. Plush seating, mood lighting, and a full-service bar promise a memorable dining experience. The bar is expected to offer both classic cocktails and inventive new mixes, making it an attractive choice not only for meals but also for after-work drinks or weekend evenings out. For this project, Sanjay Dutt has teamed up with well-known food entrepreneurs Ishaan Varma and Amit Lakhyani. Both have already made a name for themselves in the restaurant business, bringing with them valuable expertise in creating successful dining concepts. Their involvement ensures that Solaire is more than a celebrity vanity project – it is backed by solid industry knowledge and a clear vision.
