Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Collection Day 4: Sitaare Zameen Par's collections increased significantly as a result of the audience's enthusiastic reaction. Over the weekend, the heartfelt sports drama, which was helmed by RS Prasanna, broke into the Rs 50 crore club. The movie starring Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh has now experienced a decline on its first Monday test.
Sitaare Zameen Par made Rs 27.25 crore on its first Sunday, but experienced a sharp decline on Monday, only making Rs 8.50 crore, according to sacnilk. Even while Aamir Khan's comeback movie received a lot of favourable reviews from viewers, it didn't even reach double digits on its first Monday. The movie's total domestic receipts currently total Rs 66.65 crore.

Sitaare Zameen Par has already overtook the domestic earnings of Aamir Khan's previous release, Laal Singh Chaddha, which brought in Rs 61.36 crore, despite the significant decline. The movie has already made Rs 95.75 crore in three days and is on track to reach the Rs 100 crore milestone in terms of global earnings.
Sitaare Zameen Par, meantime, is fiercely competing with the recent films at the first weekend of release. Salman Khan's Sikandar brought in Rs 74.5 crore, Sunny Deol's Jaat brought in Rs 26.25 crore, Akshay Kumar's Kesari Chapter 2 brought in Rs 29.5 crore, and Akshay's Sky Force brought in Rs 62.25 crore.

Sitaare Zameen Par may not be released on OTT anytime soon because it adheres to a strictly theatrical distribution policy. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, the movie is also trying out a number of novel approaches.
The sports comedy-drama, which is a remake of the Spanish movie Campeones, centers on a basketball coach who, following a DUI, performs community service by mentoring neurodivergent persons. His life took a different turn after learning from his players.
Aamir Khan, Aparna Purohit, and Ravi Bhagchandka are the producers of the movie, which was written by Divy Nidhi Sharma and directed by R.S. Prasanna. Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar are among the other actors who co-star with Aamir. Genelia D'Souza plays Aamir's wife in the movie.
