Sonam Kapoor and her husband, Anand Ahuja, are all set to welcome their second child soon. The Neerja actress announced her pregnancy today with an Instagram post, where she can be seen flaunting the baby bump in a stylish avatar. Sonam channelled Princess Diana's look as she opted for a hot pink suit and skirt. She completed the look with black glasses and heels. The actress kept her look minimal yet elegant. While sharing the big news with her fans, she captioned the post, ‘MOTHER (with flying kiss emoji) Wearing Escada by Margaretha Ley, 1988.’

As soon as the post was shared by Sonam Kapoor, her husband Anand Ahuja commented, "double trouble (with two heart eye emojis)". In another comment, he wrote, "Baby ma.. also chicccccc mama!" Sunita Kapoor wrote, "Looking Lovely." Newly turned mother Patralekhaa commented with heart eye emoji. 

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja got married in May 2018 after years of dating. They welcomed their first child, Vayu in August 2022. Since then, the actress can be seen sharing glimpses from her motherhood journey. In August this year, Sonam Kapoor shared a heartwarming birthday note as Vayu turned three. She captioned the post, "Happy Birthday my baby boy. May you always be this curious, kind, thoughtful and sweet. I hope you are always surrounded by so much love, music and happiness. Mama loves you to the moon and back and again."

Talking about Sonam Kapoor's work front, the actress is known for her movies like Raanjhanaa, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Khoobsurat, Neerja, Veere Di Wedding, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, I Hate Luv Storys, Delhi-6, Padman, Sanju, Mausam and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga to name a few. She made her acting debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Saawariya in 2007 opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Sonam Kapoor was last seen in Blind, which is a Korean film remake of the same name. The movie also featured Shubham Saraf, Purab Kohli, Lillete Dubey and Vinay Pathak in key roles. It released in theatres in July 2023. Blind is currently streaming on JioHotstar for free.
