The Taj Story Box Office Collection Day 6: Paresh Rawal and Zakir Hussain starrer courtroom drama movie, which hit the big screens on 31 October, finally crossed Rs 10 crore after facing many hurdles. Since it entered the first week, the movie maintained a slow yet steady pace at the ticket windows. If The Taj Story continues to hold a strong momentum, then it will soon achieve another milestone and start earning profits. The movie is set to face big box office clash with Haq, Jatadhara and The Girlfriend.

The Taj Story Box Office Collection Day 6

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 1.60 crore on Day 6. The net collection of The Taj Story stands at Rs 10.10 crore. The film had an overall 18.74 per cent Hindi occupancy on Wednesday. It had 8.76 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 21.47 per cent in the afternoon shows, 22.20 per cent in the evening shows and 22.52 per cent in the night shows.

What Is The Production Cost Of The Taj Story?

As per reports, the film has been made on a budget of Rs 25 crore. The Taj Story needs to earn 15 crore more to cross the budget mark.

About The Taj Story

The plot focuses on a local guide named Vishnu Das, who is driven by curiosity to uncover the true history behind one of the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal. It stars an ensemble cast of Paresh Rawal, Zakir Hussain, Amruta Khanvilkar, Namit Das and Sneha Wagh in pivotal roles. The film faced criticism over its historical inaccuracies.
