Tourist Family Box Office Shutterdown: The Abhishan Jeevinth-directed movie Tourist Family, which featured M Sasikumar and Simran in pivotal parts, has nearly finished with its run at the Indian box office. The Tamil movie's gross profits had approached Rs 70 crore, with an estimated earnings of Rs 60 crore at the beginning of the fifth week.
Tourist Family earned 71 lakhs on day 31st, while it minted Rs 47 lakhs on the previous day, as per sacnilk. The Tamil family entertainer added Rs 45 lakh on day 29th, Rs 42 lakh to the total on day 28th (4th Wednesday), boosting the net collection to Rs 61.19 crore. The family entertainer continued its illustrious run by easily surpassing the last profits of its rival release, Retro, which starred Suriya. Despite a setback from the debut of Maaman and DD Next Level, the movie continued to captivate viewers in its fourth week.
Tourist Family fell from Rs 1.2 crore on day 25 to earn 54 lakhs on day 27 and Rs 45 lakh on day 26 at the Indian box office, as per sacnilk.

Tourist Family was reportedly made on a meagre budget of Rs 16 crores. Recently, M Sasikumar and Simran led family drama overtook Madha Gaja Raja to become the highest profitable Tamil movie of 2025. With daily profits soaring, it has established new standards for Kollywood cinema this year!
On May 1, the comedy family drama debuted in theaters. Additionally, it has become one of the most popular Tamil films of the year. Tourist Family has made Rs 83 crore worldwide during its 28-day run at the box office.
