However, Eduquity Technologies, the firm managing the examination process filed a Rs 2.5 crore defamation lawsuit against the YouTuber, alleging that the content contained false statements that damaged its corporate reputation.

Nitish Rajput denied all charges, maintaining that his reporting was fact-based.

Shortly after, the Pakistani government lodged an official legal complaint, resulting in the video and channel access being restricted in the country.

Addressing the action on social media, Nitish Rajput posted: "The Pakistani government has filed another legal complaint regarding the Balochistan video; it has been banned and is no longer available in Pakistan."
