O’Romeo Trailer Date: Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri's O’Romeo is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Ever since the teaser was unveiled, featuring Shahid in a rugged and fierce avatar, fans can't stop buzzing about Vishal Bhardwaj's directorial. The film promises high-octane action sequences with a layered, tragic love story narrative. Amid the overwhelming response to the teaser, the makers are set to release the highly anticipated trailer of O’Romeo. To announce this, they dropped a new poster featuring the lead cast.
When Will The O’Romeo Trailer Drop?
On Tuesday, the makers of O’Romeo shared an intriguing new poster featuring Shahid Kapoor. Along with the poster, the makers announced the trailer release date. The caption read, "Trailer out tomorrow. #SajidNadiadwala presents A #VishalBhardwaj film. #ORomeo in cinemas on 13th Feb, 2026."
The trailer of O’Romeo will be released on January 21.

The new poster sets the tone for a gritty saga. Shahid is seen in a rugged look with intense tattoos across his chest and arms. Dressed in a sleeveless shirt and vest, hinting at a raw and violent world. Shahid's character appears intense and driven by conflict and survival.

To add depth to an emotional and turbulent narrative exploring passion, pain and the irreversible consequences of rejected love, O’Romeo also stars Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal, Aruna Irani, Vikrant Massey, and Tamannaah Bhatia.
Several reports suggest that the film is based on Hussain Ustara's life. O’Romeo claims to be inspired by true events and allegedly revolves around Ustara and Sapna Didi’s revenge story. Currently, the makers are surrounded by controversy after Sanober Sheikh, the daughter of Hussain Ustara has questioned the portrayal of her late father in O'Romeo with a legal notice. However, the makers are yet to react to this matter.
