Dexter Resurrection Season 2 Confirmed: Following the success of season 1, Michael C Hall is all set to return and continue his killing spree as Dexter Morgan in a second season. Released in July this year, Dexter Resurrection is a sequel to the crime drama series Dexter: New Blood and Dexter. The storyline follows the reunion of the titular killer with his son, Harrison Morgan (Alcott). Michael C recently shared the update about the upcoming season, sparking anticipation among fans.
Dexter Resurrection Renewed For Season 2
Dexter Resurrection star Michael C. Hall made the announcement via video message on social media. He said, “First of all, I just want to thank all the fans for tuning in and taking the Dexter: Resurrection ride with us." Confirming season 2, he added, “We’ve been greenlit for another season. The writers room is assembling now, and details will be forthcoming. But I wanted to be the first to let you know that the story continues.”
Dexter Resurrection has officially been renewed for a second season at Paramount+.

What Was Season 1 Of Dexter Resurrection About?
Season 1 takes place weeks after Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) awakens from a coma to find that his son Harrison (Jack Alcott) has gone missing after shooting Dexter in the chest. Realising the weight of what he put his son through, Dexter embarks on a mission to New York City, determined to find him. But soon his search gets interrupted by Miami Metro’s Angel Batista (David Zayas), who arrives with questions, forcing Dexter to confront that his past is catching up with him fast. The series unfolds as father and son navigate their inner darkness in the city, and they soon find themselves entangled in trouble deeper than they ever imagined. The only way out is to stay together.
Now, season 2 of Dexter Resurrection is expected to continue the story with new twists, new faces and the return of key cast members.
