Lokah Chapter 1 OTT Release: Malayalam movie enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the OTT release of Lokah Chapter 1. Dominic Arun's directorial received praise for reinventing the superhero genre in Malayalam cinema. The main character in the movie is Chandra, played by Kalyani Priyadarshan. At the start of the story, Chandra suddenly shows up in Bangalore and becomes involved with a group involved in a continuing organ trafficking scheme. Lokah Chapter 1 broke box office records after its August 28, 2025, release, and it soon became the highest-grossing Malayalam movie ever. Fans are eager to watch it at home and relive the moments that made the movie theatre experience so unforgettable.

Lokah Chapter 1's theatrical run is coming to an end, and the excitement surrounding it has only grown, perhaps for unrelated reasons to its critical success. The internet has been overrun with rumours and unverified stories about the movie's OTT release for more than a month. Lokah was supposed to stream on JioHotstar somewhere between October 17 to 21. However, there have been no signs of its digital release despite high anticipation.

When And Where To Watch Lokah Chapter 1?

Lokah Chapter 1 will be available on Jio Hotstar 'soon,' according to a recent social media post, but it didn't specify when. Fans will now have to wait for an official announcement, as it has been determined that the much-anticipated digital premiere will not take place during the Diwali celebration.

The captivating Malayalam fantasy-thriller Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra combines contemporary storytelling with mythology. The movie,  produced by Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films, centres on Chandra (Kalyani Priyadarshan), a mysterious Bengaluru resident who leads a calm existence but conceals a supernatural secret. Her life encounters two careless neighbours, Sunny (Naslen) and Venu (Chandu Salim Kumar), which starts a series of events that reveal her strong alter personality, which has its roots in ancient tradition.
