The Traitors Season 2: Prime Video's compelling unscripted series, The Traitors season 2, is now officially in production. The first season has enthralled viewers with its high-stakes gaming, unexpected turns, and suspenseful cliffhangers since its June 12 premiere, with new episodes airing every Thursday. The OTT platform shared the news on its social media handle and the caption read - "We couldn't shield this news anymore. #TheTraitorsOnPrime, New Season, Coming Soon."

Netizens expressed their excitement in the comment section with many suggesting names of contestants for the second season. Most of the users pitched for Hina Khan, Tejasswi Prakash and Jennifer Winget. One of the users wrote, "PLS CAST SOME GOOD PPL THIS TIME (don’t take small babies who has big mouth and zero brains) thank you." Another user shared a list of unexpected contestants - "Orry, Tejasswi Prakash, Karan Wahi, Sara Tendulkar, Samay Raina, Bharti Singh, Munawar Faruqui, Avneet Kaur, Neha Dhupia, Vir Das, Jay Shetty...FIRE CAST."

The Traitors Season 1 

The Traitors season 1, which is hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar and takes place at a castle in Suryagarh, Rajasthan, features 20 well-known figures from various entertainment industries in what the network refers to as 'the ultimate game of trust and deception.' Ashish Vidyarthi, Elnaaz Nourouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Jasmin Bhasin, Karan Kundrra, Lakshmi Manchu, Maheep Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, Raftaar, Raj Kundra, Sudhanshu Pandey, Uorfi Javed, and Anshula Kapoor are among the cast members.

Recently, Raftaar was shockingly eliminated after Sufi Motiwala had a full-blown meltdown, the Traitors killed Mukesh Chhabra, while Maheep Kapoor and Ashish Vidyarthi were voted out in a violent Circle of Shaq.

What Is The Traitors All About?

The others must unite to expose the traitors before they are eliminated because they were first selected in secrecy.  The program has become more than simply a breakthrough hit; it has become a complete fan obsession thanks to each mission, accusation, and vote that has kept fans captivated. The first season of The Traitors is now available only on Prime Video, with new episodes airing every Thursday at 8:00 PM.
