Actress Palak Tiwari made her acting debut with Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. While working alongside the Bollywood superstar, Palak did learn some valuable lessons. In a conversation with Bombay Times, Palak Tiwari said, “In a room full of legends, I wondered—what’s my point here?” “But I realised I was there to learn. I think it’s shaped me as an actor permanently, whatever I learnt and my experience from that set for which I am always and eternally grateful for that experience,” she further explained.

Palak opened up on how Salman Khan taught her to balance work and youth. She said, “Party till 5 am, shoot at 7 am.” Palak said, “She’s my filter. When I feel something about a performance but can’t explain it, she puts it into words.”

“I feel like speaking to her is sometimes speaking to a future version of myself, so that also feels good because I think she and I were very similar at our ages, though I am more vain and perhaps more materialistic. My mom was always very family-focused. But there are times when I am just like, how should I do this, and because she has had exactly those thoughts in exactly that age, she knows exactly how to explain it to me, and I think that is invaluable to me,” said Palak.

Earlier, during the trailer launch of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman Khan had recalled meeting Palak Tiwari when she was just eight years old. Salman said, “I worked with her mother in Bigg Boss. She had come to drop her off at the house. [That season] had Dolly (Bindra) too (laughs). But her mother had a great time in the house. I remember Palak was eight years old then. That was the first time I met her.”
