RRR star Ram Charan is making India proud oversees. After creating a wave all aross the globe with his latest release movie RRR, the actor recently joined the influencial leaders at the G20 summit to represent the Indian Film Industry. In order to represent the Indian film industry at the G20 Summit's Tourism Working Group Meeting in Srinagar, Ram Charan discussed his own experiences and emphasised India's potential to rank among the top filmmaking locations in the world.

Kashmir Has Something Magical: Ram Charan
During the summit, Charan also spoke about visiting Kashmir in 1986 with his father Chiranjeevi. According to Pinkvilla, the superstar said, "My father shot extensively here in Gulmarg and Sonamarg. I shot in this auditorium in 2016. This place has something magical, it is such a surreal feeling coming to Kashmir, it draws the attention of everyone."
The Rangasthalam actor also talking about the Hollywood film offer for which he might have to travel outside India for a shoot. He said, "I want to stick to my culture. I want to educate that our Indian sentiments are so strong. Our culture is so strong. There's a lot of dignity in our stories. Nowadays when you see it, it's not a South or North Indian movie, it's about Indian ki mitti ka stories. These stories are coming out finally and in other countries."
According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, G. Kishan Reddy, Minister of Tourism, Culture and development of North Eastern Region, praised Ram and said, "Ram Charan has consistently demonstrated his charismatic appeal to the masses by winning the hearts of global audiences through his humility and remarkable performances."
"We take pride in having him as the representative of the Indian film industry at the G20 Summit in Srinagar. His dedication to wildlife conservation and eco-tourism will serve as a powerful inspiration for the youth by encouraging them to preserve and showcase the natural beauty of our country," he further noted.
