Prabhas’ fans are surely upset after his movie Salaar, which was set to release on September 28, got postponed. Directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithiviraj Sukumaran in lead roles. However, there is great news for all the ‘Salaar’ fans. The movie has closed its OTT deal on a whopping amount.

More precisely, the makers of ‘Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire’ have already cracked an immense Rs 350 Cr. deal as non-theatrical rights, which include satellite rights which have been obtained by Star Network, digital rights which are secured by Netflix in all the languages, and audio deals. There can be no denying that 'Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire' is going to set off in an explosion of grandeur. The deal made ahead of the release only cemented the firm's potential as a true blockbuster.

The makers of Salaar officially announced ‘Salaar’s postponement. Hombale Films took to its official X account and wrote, “We deeply appreciate your unwavering support for #Salaar. With consideration, we must delay the original September 28 release due to unforeseen circumstances. Please understand this decision is made with care, as we're committed to delivering an exceptional cinematic experience. Our team is working tirelessly to meet the highest standards. The new release date will be revealed in due course. Stay with us as we make the final touches on #SalaarCeaseFire and thank you for being a part of this incredible journey (sic).”
