South star Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who has been a prominent name in the Telugu and Tamil film industry for decades now, turns 36 today. The actor was recently seen in the mythological epic film Shaakuntalam and charmed her fans with her acting skills.
One of the highest-paid South Indian actresses in the country, Samantha Ruth Prabhu made her acting debut with the 2010 Telugu romantic film, Ye Maaya Chesave. The actor has several accolades to her name and is one of the few actors to have won Filmfare Best Actor awards for Tamil and Telugu films.
