South OTT Releases This Week: OTT services are the preferred choice for moviegoers who want to binge watch in the convenience of their own homes. Several South films, web series, and dubbed versions of your favorite content will be available on Netflix, Prime Video, SonyLiv, Zee5, and other platforms during the second week of April.
From April 7th to April 13th, there is a fascinating schedule that includes the romance film Sweetheart, starring Rio Raj and Gopika Ramesh, and the thrilling courtroom drama Court State vs. A Nobody. The second week of April offers a variety of options, from the much awaited Tamil fantasy-thriller Kingston to the Malayalam love drama Painkili and Pravin Koodu Shappu, a Malayalam movie that promises black comedy.

Court State vs A Nobody

The plot revolves around two teenagers whose innocent romance takes a sinister turn when the boy is charged with serious crimes by the girl's father, including POCSO. The emotional and psychological impact of the case is captured in the film as it takes place in a courtroom. The boy is defended by Priyadarshi's character, who opposes a system that frequently renders decisions before hearings.

Sweetheart

Perusu

A well-liked elderly man in a village passes away, and the family struggles to arrange his funeral. This is the subject of the A-rated movie. The catch is that when the family members learn that he passed away from a post-mortem erection, they become ashamed.
Utharam

A doctor arrives at a police station at the beginning of the movie and reports that a body has been buried in the middle of a forest. The cops, however, don't trust her and treat the situation casually. Later, the woman gathers everyone in the forest and attempts to gain assistance from the media. She informs everyone that two bodies have been found in the forest, and that the murders were committed by a police officer. A minister is also implicated in the murder when the mystery is solved.
14 Days Girlfriend Intlo

An ambitious filmmaker named Harsha (Ankith Koyya) meets Ahana (Shriya Kontham) on a dating app and falls in love. Harsha is invited to Ahana's house when her parents depart for a wedding. He spends two weeks at his girlfriend's residence after a quick visit.
Kingston

GV Prakash's character Kingston, a kidnapper employed by a local crime leader, is at the center of it all. He is troubled by the exploitation of his own people. Taking matters into his own hands, Kingston ventures into waters that are off-limits and plagued by silence and history. What he discovers there has the power to either save or destroy his village.
Painkili

Painkili tells the tale of Suku, who, while faking lunacy to get out of trouble with the law, ends up falling in love. Chandu Salimkumar, Abu Salim, Riyas Khan, and Lijo Jose Pellissery play minor parts, while Sajin Gopu, Anaswara Rajan, Jisma Vimal, and Roshan Shanavas play the main roles. A variety of actors are included in the movie, and each one adds to the plot.
Pravin Koodu Shappu

Sreeraj Sreenivasan is the director of the Malayalam comedy Pravinkoodu Shappu. The film centers on a group of people who seek refuge in a toddy shop during periods of intense rain.
