Kim Woojin, former member of the popular Kpop group Stray Kids, has broken his silence almost five years after he departed from the group. In a video released by his new label, Reverse: Breaking The Silence, Woojin opened up about his schedules, new music, past controversies, and his departure from Stray Kids.

Woojin expressed regret for leaving Stray Kids abruptly, stating, "In the past, after leaving the team like that, I feel terribly sorry about it. Back then, I was still young. I focused on my situation first." He did not disclose the specific reason for his departure but acknowledged the impact it had on others.

In October 2019, JYP Entertainment announced Woojin's withdrawal from Stray Kids due to personal circumstances, without specifying further details. Since then, both Stray Kids and Woojin have maintained silence regarding the reasons behind his exit.
