Sunny Deol is set to enthrall the audience once again with his action avatar in the much-awaited upcoming movie Jaat. The film, which features an intense face-off between him and Randeep Hooda, who plays the antagonist, saw the Jaat team grace Delhi with their presence on Monday for the unveiling of the theme song. During the launch event, the actor emphasized the importance of not labeling Jaat as a religious film. He urged everyone to enjoy the experience instead of focusing on such labels, as it could be insensitive to people.

Sunny Deol was accompanied by Randeep Hooda and Viineet Kumar Singh at the Jaat theme song event. When Deol was asked about his statement regarding not wanting to label Jaat as a religious film, he responded to News 18 by stating, “See, people get sensitive when you all talk about it. We should not be talking about these things. Because at the end of the day, we are loved by everyone and we love everyone. We represent the whole country. As a matter of fact, the whole world. So, it is nothing like we are trying to uplift or look down on anybody. Aisa kuchh nahi hai."

He asked people not to get influenced by things happening around and simply enjoy the cinema. The Gadar 2 actor stated, “Just enjoy the cinema. Cinema is meant to be enjoyed and to leave with a feel-good factor. Nothing more than that. I think people get more influenced by what we keep talking about, and we keep activating things which we shouldn’t be doing."

Adding to Sunny's point, Randeep Hooda also shared his views on the title being connected to religious terms. He added, "Aur ismein intrigue hai ki Jaat title kyu? Kya ye community hai? Kya ye agent hai? Attitude hai? Kya ye insaan hai? Ye aapko picture mein pata chalega."
