JE Entertainment Desk: BTS leader RM aka Kim Namjoon has been private about his personal life but the rapper was recently trending due to some dating rumours. 'Rapper Girlfriend' was trending on Twitter, which lead to fans becoming curious about RM's dating life. It was later revealed to be a prank and RM's girlfriend was none other than BTS member Jungkook. 

In 2015, RM talked about his ex-girlfriend for the first time and revealed why he broke up. He said, "There was a girl that I dated in high school, 4-5 years ago. A relationship is something that you can’t really define. But, to put it into perspective, it is as if a circle and a triangle trying to become a square and we didn’t match well in that process.” 

RM added, “She had a lot of guy friends. To be honest, having a lot of guy friends isn’t a problem. But, in my circumstances and from my point of view, she did things that were unacceptable as a girlfriend. And, so we continued to argue. And if things continue like this, I figured this would have an effect on my pure feelings for her. So we ended things.”

RM was earlier in the news after an employee of national railway operator Korail leaked his personal information. According to Korean media, the employee of national railway operator Korail accessed RM's train ticketing and personal information and shared them with her friends. The employee has been accessing his private information since 2019.

Korail released a statement on this issue which reads, "We confirmed 'A' accessed personal information without permission, but it has not been confirmed that 'A' leaked the information outside the company."

On the work front, RM recently released the first song from his album 'Indigo'. 'Indigo' is RM's third solo album. In 2015, he released his self-titled mixtape, RM, which had 11 tracks and was also the first member to release a solo project. In 2018, the rapper released 'Mono' and collaborated with Honne, Supreme Boi, Sam Klempner, Hiss Noise, Adora, and others for the same.
