South makers Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are all set to get engaged on June 9. The respective teams of both the actors have confirmed their engagement procession where the two will be exchanging rings at Lavanya Tripathi's home.
According to a report of Pinkvilla, "Varun decided to host the engagement ceremony at his home as the couple wanted to keep it low-key with the presence of only family members."

The report further mentioned, "Also, the evening is an auspicious time decided and it will be a close-knit ceremony followed by a party that will see mega cousins together under one roof. Allu Arjun will also be attending the engagement party tomorrow with his family," revealed our source. "From decor to the food menu, everything is well-taken care of by Varun Tej's family."

The couple are set to make their relationship official for the first time tomorrow with their engagement pictures. The report also states, "The preps are going on in full swing for mega families. Ram Charan, Upasana, Sai Dharam Tej, Sushmita Konidela, Sreeja Konidela, megastar Chiranjeevi, and the entire Allu-Konidela family will be seen at Varun Tej's engagement to bless the couple."
It further mentioned, "The wedding will take place this year and Varun will make an official announcement about this at the right time." Talking about the couple's love story, Varun and Lavanya met each other on the sets of 'Mister' in 2017.
They went on to work together in 'Antariksham 9000' and fell in love in the process. Recently, ahead of their engagement, Varun Tej and Lavanya were spotted spending vacation time in Italy. As the engagement rumors are doing rounds on the internet, it has left their fans with utter joy and excitement.
Talking about their professional fronts, Varun Tej was last seen in 'F3: Fun And Frustration' which also starred Venkatesh Daggubati and Tamannaah Bhatia in key roles. The film was directed by Anil Ravipudi and was a blockbuster success. He will next be seen in 'Gandeevdhari Arjuna.'
On the other hand, Lavanya Tripathi was seen in Ritesh Rana's 'Happy Birthday' alongside Ritesh Agastya, and will next be seen in 'Thanal.'
