A violent clash erupted between two groups at the Sohna bus stand on Saturday morning, leaving four people, including a Home Guard and a law student, seriously injured. The dispute reportedly started over the use of abusive, caste-based language.
The incident began when Abid, a software engineer who commutes daily to Delhi, was boarding a bus. He stated that a nearby youth made an offensive caste-based remark, leading to an argument. As the situation escalated, Abid called his brother, Juber a Home Guard, for assistance.
Simultaneously, the other youth summoned five to six of his associates, who arrived at the scene armed with sticks (lathis) and launched a violent attack on Abid and Juber.
During the assault, two bystanders, Mustafa and Yusuf, who are law students at GD Goenka University, were also targeted by the attackers. In the assault, Mustafa's leg was broken, while the other three victims sustained serious injuries. The accused fled the scene immediately after the incident.
A team from the Sohna City Police Station arrived and transported the injured to the Sohna Civil Hospital. After receiving first aid, they were referred to a hospital in Gurugram for further treatment.

The SHO assured that the attackers will be arrested soon and that strict action will be taken against them.
