Residents of Aishwaryam Society, a residential complex in Gaur City-2, Greater Noida West, came out in large numbers to elect the members of their AOA board. The voting for the election of the Board of Management of Aishwaryam Apartment Owners' Association for the year 2025 was held on Sunday, March 23.
A total of 231 votes were polled to decide the fate of 19 candidates who were in the fray for 10 posts. The Returning Officer, Satyabrata Acharyya, declared Shailendra Kumar, Rachit Vaish, Govind Yadav, Sankalp Sharma, Vipin Tayal, Meenakshi Rathi, Anup Kumar Rawat, Brijesh Dubey, Vikas Gupta, and Shailendra Singh as members of the management board.

In the new management board, Shailendra Kumar will take on the role of president, Rachit Vaish will be the vice-president, and Govind Yadav, who served as president for the last two terms, will now be the secretary. Meanwhile, Sankalp Sharma has been elected as the treasurer. The remaining six members have been elected as executive members.
"Our resolve is to build a well-organised, clean, safe and transparent society, where all residents get better environment, facilities and support. We will work towards collective development with everyone's cooperation. Our aim is to make Aishwaryam Society an ideal residential complex with modern facilities, greenery, better maintenance, and community participation, where every resident feels proud," said president Shailendra Kumar.

"The aim of the new association is to create a clean, safe, well-organised and transparent society. We will work towards collective development and a comfortable environment with the cooperation of all the residents. As a secretary, my aim is to maintain smooth communication, coordination and transparency between the committee and the residents," said secretary Govind Yadav.
